Sagar Shah

Director | Civil Engineering

Mr. Sagar Shah, as the Advisor at Kargwal, principally looks after Marine Infra & Construction of the projects and liaisons with the technical team of the company. He directly controls purchases and Contractual values of all sites. Over the last couple of years, Sagar Shah has been venturing into infrastructure projects such as Power and Bridges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possesses superior operational acumen, excellent leadership skills and a very high emotional quotient.

With over 20 years of rich and diverse experience in the real estate and construction sector, Mr. Madan Mistry brings deep expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) operations. He has demonstrated strong capabilities in project planning, execution, contract management, procurement, cost optimisation, and quality assurance, consistently ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Madan holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University and is recognised for his commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in execution.

Mr. Sandip brings over 28 years of experience in management and operations, with expertise in engineering excellence, project execution, technical governance, and process optimisation. Known for his strategic and detail-oriented approach, he delivers strong results in complex environments. He holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, an Executive PGDM from IIM Kozhikode, and has completed the LIM–AMPI programme at ISB. As Chief Technical Officer, he will lead technical strategy, engineering practices, execution excellence, and support real estate business growth.
