Mr. Rajendra Varma

With a career spanning over 25 years across real estate, infrastructure, warehousing and the marble industry, Mr. Varma, a third generation entrepreneur and a qualified chartered engineer, founded kean realty with a vision for excellence. Kean realty brings to fore the kean group’s rich construction legacy having timely delivered marquee high-rise landmarks and coastal marine infrastructure across the country. Under his tutelage, the company’s engineering, planning, design and project management success story is supported by an experienced and accomplished team that has lent a valuable contribution to the city’s skyline, placing it at par with its global peers.

A far-sighted businessman with cross continental execution capability, Mr. Varma leads the kean group with humility at the core. He has been instrumental in charting out the group’s vision and growth plans. Under his leadership, the company through its collaborative initiatives today, has developed a thriving footprint across India and Middle East and endeavours to continue adding success milestones in its journey ahead.

Darshan Kanayalkar

An accomplished engineering graduate with a master’s in finance, Mr. Darshan brings over 15 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, retail, media, and real estate. As director at kean construction, he drives business strategy, growth planning, and operational excellence. Known for his strong financial acumen and leadership in project execution, he has been instrumental in enhancing profitability, optimising processes, and steering the organisation toward sustainable success.

Sagar Shah

Director 
Civil Engineering

Mr. Sagar Shah, as the advisor at kargwal, principally looks after marine infra & construction of the projects and liaisons with the technical team of the company. He directly controls purchases and contractual values of all sites. Over the last couple of years, he has been venturing into infrastructure projects such as power and bridges. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and possesses superior operational acumen, excellent leadership skills and a very high emotional quotient.

Madan Mistry

With over 20 years of rich and diverse experience in the real estate and construction sector, Mr. Madan Mistry brings deep expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) operations. He has demonstrated strong capabilities in project planning, execution, contract management, procurement, cost optimisation, and quality assurance, consistently ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Madan holds a degree in civil engineering from pune university.

Sandip Shah

Chief Technical Officer (CTO) 
Civil Engineer 

He brings over 28 years of experience in management and operations, with expertise in engineering excellence, project execution, technical governance, and process optimisation. known for his strategic and detail-oriented approach, he delivers strong results in complex environments. He holds an executive PGDM from IIM Kozhikode, and has completed the LIM–AMPI programme at ISB. As CTO, he leads technical strategy, engineering practices and project execution. 

Moiz Rangwala

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Moiz Rangwala has developed strong expertise across tendering, budgeting, planning, estimation and contracts. He plays a key role in strategic planning and project control, ensuring effective monitoring of project performance, timelines, and deliverables. His deep understanding of contractual and financial implications enables him to advise management on risk mitigation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Manish Galrani

With over 20 years experience in the real estate and construction sector, Mr. Galrani brings strong expertise in strategic planning and business management. He drives strategic initiatives, financial planning, and organisational growth. An MBA in finance, his professional journey includes significant roles with organisations such as kean construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Realty and Aristo Developers.

Aman Jain

Assistant Vice President 
Accounts & Finance

Mr. Aman Jain, a qualified CA, CS and DISA, leads the accounts and finance function, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards and organizational policies. He plays a crucial role in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial discipline, along with developing control policies and procedures in alignment with top management.

Rachana Dighe

Assistant Vice President 
Finance 

With over 20 years of specialisation in capital raising, structured finance and strategic financial advisory, she has held leadership roles at Reliance Infrastructure and UTPNN Financial & Export-Import Services, and has advised leading corporates on financing and capital-raising initiatives. Holds an executive MBA from Cornell University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Ms. Seth brings deep expertise in luxury sales, experiential marketing and brand development.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mumbai University and has further enhanced her professional profile with certifications in corporate social responsibility (IICA) and emotional & life coaching.

Amey Virbhadre

Legal 

Amey heads the legal function at kean construction with over 10 years of experience in real estate, construction and marine infrastructure. He handles legal strategy, drafting, negotiation and review of development agreements, commercial contracts, title documents, escrow arrangements and project-related documentation. He also oversees litigation, regulatory compliance and due diligence.
